1. Who we are
The game Huntria and its related services (your account and the website huntria.com) are run by More.is.More s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 05210275, Pernerova 635/57, 186 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 260062 ("we"). Contact: hello@huntria.com.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
2. Your account
Give true details when you register and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. If you are under 15, you need a parent's consent. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings.
3. Amber and purchases
- The game is free, multiplayer included. Packs of Amber and the Hunter's Kit are paid. You always see the price, including VAT, before you buy.
- We make what you bought available right after payment. It is digital content that we deliver immediately at your request, so once it is delivered you can no longer withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period; you expressly agree to this when you buy.
- Amber is an in-game currency: you earn it by playing, or buy it. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account, and ends when your account is deleted. The same holds for the beasts you catch and everything else you get in the game.
- You have the statutory rights for defective performance. Send complaints to hello@huntria.com.
4. Fair play
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, disrupt the game or insult other players, including through your nickname. Players can report each other from a hunter's profile. If you break these rules, we may reset your nickname, make your profile visible to friends only, restrict your access to the game or delete your account. We will tell you why, and you can object at hello@huntria.com.
5. Rights in the game
The game, its artwork, texts, cards and beasts are protected by copyright. You may use them only to play; do not copy or distribute them without our permission.
6. Availability and liability
We keep developing the game and may change, limit or end it; we will announce the end of paid features in advance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for outages, lost game progress or indirect damage.
7. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for a good reason. We will announce a change in advance by email or in the game. If you disagree, you can delete your account before the change takes effect.
8. Governing law and disputes
Czech law applies; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live. Consumer disputes can also be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). These terms exist in Czech and English; if they differ, the Czech version prevails.
