Privacy Policy

Effective from 2026-10-15

This policy describes how we handle your personal data in the game Huntria and its related services (your account and the website huntria.com).

Who processes your data

More.is.More s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 05210275, Pernerova 635/57, 186 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 260062. For anything, write to hello@huntria.com.

What data and why

To provide the game to you (contract):

  • account: email, name and password, or sign-in through another service (e.g. Google),
  • game: nickname, avatar, your hunter's code, games played, level, Amber, quests, the Hunter's Trail, your looks, tutorial progress, the beasts you have caught and the ones you sold to the Beast Trader,
  • friends: who you added, invited or turned down, and who you hunted with (your hunt history),
  • payments: what you bought, when and for how much; the law also requires us to keep these records. Only the payment gateway sees card numbers.

To keep the service secure, working and fair (legitimate interest):

  • IP address, device, browser and sign-ins, to secure your account,
  • play statistics and error reports under a random device ID, to fix bugs and improve the game; you can turn statistics off in the game's Settings,
  • reports you file about other players or that other players file about you, and what we decided about them, to keep the game fair,
  • messages you send us, to handle them.

With your consent:

  • your email for news, including measuring whether you read it. You can withdraw consent through the link in every email.

You cannot create an account without an email and password (or sign-in through another service). Everything else is optional.

What other players see

In a hunt, other players see your nickname, avatar and in-game look. Your hunter's profile (nickname, avatar, hunter's code, level, title, badges, win rate and the beasts you have caught) is visible to all players, and you appear in search and on the leaderboard. On the Friends screen you can make your profile visible to friends only; others then see only your nickname, avatar and code. Other players never see your email, your Amber or your hunt history.

Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. We share it only with suppliers who help us run the service: hosting in the EU, email delivery, the payment gateway and the service you sign in with. Some of them are based outside the EU (mainly in the USA); such transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. We give data to authorities only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

  • Account and game data for as long as your account exists. After you ask to delete your account you have 30 days to change your mind; then we delete or anonymise it.
  • Payment records for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Your hunt history for 90 days, declined friend requests for 30 days, reports for 1 year after we resolve them.
  • Play statistics for at most 1 year, error reports and your messages for 90 days, technical records only as long as needed to keep the service secure.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies. See the cookie policy for details.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can export your data and delete your account yourself in your account settings; otherwise write to us. You can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Children

If you are under 15, you may create an account only with a parent's consent.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and we will tell you in advance about significant changes.
